Justin Muturi

Passed the integrity test and demonstrated knowledge of topical, administrative and technical issues touching on office of the Attorney General and has requisite abilities, qualifications and experience to serve as the Attorney General of Kenya. Has never been dismissed from office.

Aden Duale

He demonstrated knowledge of topical, administrative and technical issues touching on the Ministry of Defence and has the requisite abilities, qualifications and experience to serve as the Cabinet Secretary for Defence. Has not been charged in a court of law in the last three years. 

Alfred Mutua

He meets the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution. Demonstrated knowledge of topical, administrative and technical issues touching on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and has the requisite abilities, qualifications and experience to serve as the Cabinet Secretary for Foreign Affairs.

Alice Wahome

Demonstrated knowledge of topical, administrative and technical issues touching on the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation and has the requisite abilities, qualifications and experience to serve as the Cabinet Secretary of the Ministry.

Kithure Kindiki

Demonstrated knowledge of topical, administrative and technical issues touching on the Ministry of Interior and National Administration and has the requisite abilities, qualifications and experience to serve as the Cabinet Secretary of the Ministry. Has never been charged in a court of law in the past three years.

Njuguna Ndung’u

Obtained clearance from Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, Kenya Revenue Authority, Directorate of Criminal Investigation, Office of Registrar of Political Parties and Higher Education Loans Board. Demonstrated knowledge of topical, administrative and technical issues touching on the Ministry of National Treasury and Economic Planning and has the requisite abilities, qualifications and experience to serve as the Cabinet Secretary of the Ministry.

Aisha Jumwa

Has been charged in a court of law in the past three years but has not been convicted. She demonstrated knowledge of topical, administrative and technical issues touching on the Ministry of Gender and Public Service and has the requisite abilities, qualifications and experience to serve as the Cabinet Secretary of the Ministry.

Davis Chirchir

Meets requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution having obtained clearance from Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, Kenya Revenue Authority, Directorate of Criminal Investigation, Office of Registrar of Political Parties and Higher Education Loans Board.

Demonstrated knowledge of topical, administrative and technical issues touching on the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum and has the requisite abilities, qualifications and experience to serve as the Cabinet Secretary of the Ministry.

Moses Kuria

Does not hold office in any political party. Has been charged in a court of law but not convicted. Demonstrated knowledge of topical, administrative and technical issues touching on the Ministry of Investments, Trade and Investment and has the requisite abilities, qualifications and experience to serve as the Cabinet Secretary of the Ministry.

Kipchumba Murkomen

Meets Chapter Six of the Constitution and demonstrates knowledge of topical, administrative and technical issues touching on the Ministry of Transport and Public Works and has the requisite abilities, qualifications and experience to serve as the Cabinet Secretary of the Ministry.

Soipan Tuya

Demonstrates knowledge of topical, administrative and technical issues touching on the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and has the requisite abilities, qualifications and experience to serve as the Cabinet Secretary of the Ministry. Has never been dismissed from office.

Peninah Malonza

Eligible for appointment as a state officer. She, however, did not demonstrate knowledge of topical, administrative and technical issues touching on the Ministry of Wildlife and Tourism. Consequently, the nominee lacks requisite abilities and experience to serve as the Cabinet Secretary for Tourism, Wildlife and Heritage

Eliud Owalo
